Our move-out cleaning includes detailed top to bottom cleaning (up to 8 ft) of kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, floors, interior windows, window sills, baseboards, cabinets, counters, sinks, mirrors, interior and exterior surfaces of regular appliances, tile and grout cleaning is also included. We focus on getting the property ready for a landlord walkthrough, new tenant, buyer, or final inspection.
3. Do you clean inside appliances?
Yes, we clean inside the oven, stove, refrigerator, microwave, and other regular ordinary appliances.
4. What if I’m not satisfied with the cleaning?
We offer a satisfaction guarantee—if you're not completely happy with the results, we’ll make it right at no extra cost.
5. Do you clean inside cabinets and drawers?
Yes. For move-out cleanings, we can wipe the inside of empty cabinets and drawers. They need to be cleared out before we arrive.
6. Does the home need to be empty?
Ideally, yes. Move-out cleanings are most effective when furniture, boxes, trash, and personal items have already been removed. If the home still has items inside, we can still clean accessible areas.
7. Do you remove trash or furniture?
Trash removal, junk hauling, and furniture removal are not included in standard move-out cleaning. The property should be cleared before the cleaning appointment.
8. Do you clean rentals, apartments, homes, and offices?
Yes. We clean apartments, houses, condos, rental units, offices, and small commercial spaces for move-outs and turnovers.
